I tried to open my windows defender but it shows "windows defender is not available"I can't open anything related to Microsoft nor even Microsoft Store is opening. Slowly my "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" and "WINDOWS SEARCH" stopped working Also windows security center is missing in services also many regitedit file missing.
