I have just updated Windows 10 on my laptop which has messed up my email.
My email is linked to my BTinternet account.
When I first went into mail after the update I was asked to Add my account. Having done this I then received the message 'Your BTinternet account settings are out of date'.
When I select 'Fix Account' I am asked for a password. I don't know what this password is/was!
I have tried all of the passwords that I can think of ie my BT password, my login password without success and am currently without any archived emails.
Can I somehow get my Password sent to me or update it?
