I keep getting this error on some of my emails after I read them, then move them to trash from my sent box.  I tried

Click Start, Control Panel, Programs, Clicked Windows Essentials 2012, then repair all windows live programs... it didn't work.

Still same issue, cannot delete them.

It shows this:

When I try to open them to delete them or move them, I get this:
