I had Windows 10 and it crashed during updating. I have recovered the computer and installed Windows 10 again. I have found most of my files on my back up drive. However, I use Windows Live email and it lost everything. I have tried to add my email addresses but I cannot remember my passwords or know how to recover the files for it. Can anyone advise what to do please?
