I currently have Window Live Mail 2012.  While working to get a internet service from ATT, something created a problem when sending Out emails.   I can receive OK, but nothing will go out.   The email goes to the outbox and stops.   Per ATT it's setup correctly, but something is wrong in the registry. 

So I can't reload Windows Live Mail 2012, so what is the next step?  What is a good replacement that with pick up all of my emails and contacts from the Window Live Mail 2012 program.
