Hi,

I have been unable to download any messages into my Inbox for the past 7 days. A test email today successfully sent but was not received. These are the 2 error messages I have been receiving.

Message 1

Unable to send or receive messages for the Personal Email account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Could not download new messages from the IMAP server.

Server Response: The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated.
Server: 'mail.optusnet.com.au'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
Secure(SSL): Yes

Message 2

   Account: Personal Email
   Server: mail.optusnet.com.au
   User name: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 993
   Secure(SSL): 1
   Code: 800ccc0f
