Hallo, can anyone assist me please: I have a new PC Acer HDMI an d the sound is not working.

When troubleshooting - it tells me, there is an incompatible device  ? blocking it.?

other information tells me all is functional.

When I try to click on the icon  far right in the tool bar - it does not budge.

Perhaps someone knows what I can do?
