when asking how to move email messages etc. from Windows Live mail 2012 to windows mail, why is Outlook.com even brought into the discussion. Outlook.com isn’t Windows Mail.

Anyways I am trying to find microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps so I can access the mail folder and find out what folders might be in it and I cannot find it.
