I am trying to create a video in Windows 10.

i followed this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17205/windows-10-create-videos and am now editing what i want.

When i type text onto an image all i get is a black block where the text should be or a blurry box. WHY? this is infuriating and i am trying to connect to a Live Agent to ask for help but no one is answering.
