Unable to send with smtp-server.cfl.rr.com, error 0x8007007A

I am able to receive mail but the mail I send/reply is sitting the "out box" and I receive an error message:

An unknown error has occurred.
Server: 'smtp-server.cfl.rr.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8007007A
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No

This just started after the latest update to Win 10.
