HI

I am unable to send or receive messages, hotmail account in outlook. the error message is 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account.
Server Error: 0x80072EFE
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072EFE


I have removed the account from outlook and tried to reinstall it. The message on outlook is now "Windows Live Mail is synchronising this account. Check back in a few minutes to read your messages". The message sat there for an hour now
