I am windows 8.1. I had to recover my installation and whilst documents pictures etc were saved it never reinstalled windows essentials ans so I am missing all my emails. I have tried everything to reinstall but nothing works and keep getting 0x800c0006 errors with varying source. I have removed all existing installations using WLARP.EXE  but did not resolve. Would really appreciate any help to get windows live mail back. Kind regards Derek
