I was typing an email this morning using live mail.   After typed for an hour,suddenly a " Ding" sound and all things typed disappears to nothing.  I can not find anywhere.  

I went to draft  and the saved version only a symbol  and nothing else.

How do I get content back ?  

How do I prevent it happen again.  

It has happened several times before randomly in windows 8 .

I am using windows 8.1 now.
