Hi can any one help  I am having problems with resetting my wife's i.pad it locked her out last week and I   have been in communication with Apple due to not receiving the reset instructions. according to Apple these have been sent to my email address at live.co.uk but not received by me  has any one got thoughts as to why this is happening as I receive all other emails from them its just the reset that I am not getting
