Took a few hours

 Start a folder, right click on screen, new, folder - Go to This PC - then SDHC - DCIM - View Icons Large Small etc. - then highlight and drag into the new folder.  Hope this helps.  Win 10 was supposed to make things easier, instead they made them harder to do.  There is no "select all"
