I have windows 8.1.   I created a video that I sent to relative who also has 8.1 with windows movie maker. The file is a wlmp file. I did a BCC of the e-mail to myself.  I opened the bcc with the attachment and it played fine. However, my relative only got black screens when opening on her computer.  How can I resolve this problem?
