Saving a “Windows Movie Maker” movie to be played by Windows Media Player as a wmv file – but not as a Windows Media Video File

I used to save Movie Maker Videos as MP4 files but now do not seem to be offered that option. As a result I purchased a converter program which does not seem to convert the whole video.

Can I save as an MP4?
