Help!

I had to reinstall Win 10 Home (Version 1803, OS Build 17134.167) and have now lost my Windows Live Mail 2012 program as of 20 July 2018.

I appreciate there is a greater chance of successfully transferring WLM content from a working program but it appears I won't have that luxury now. My PC will not permit reinstall of Windows Live Essentials, I've downloaded and tried to do this many times from various online sources following MS withdrawal of support but the installation fails with Error 0x800c0006, wait for catalogue.

I do have my WLM messages however and I've trawled online trying various software that permits transfer but I've not found anything that will retain the folder structure and transfer them to Outlook 2010 as a batch operation - Outlookfreeware.com does one folder at a time - but I've a large number of folders!!

I also need to transfer my contacts from WLM but to date I've not been able to locate these within the file structure - L:\Users\Ken.Ken-Desktop\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Contacts\Default\15.5 which is I believe the normal storage location is empty. Again, a working WLM program makes this simple and most of the online information assumes this is the case.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Ken
