Three weeks ago my Windows Live Mail started letting every spam email through that usually go through to the junk folder.  The message rules that I have set should have sent (and usually send) 90% of these through to junk and yet everything is coming through my email now and nothing is going to junk.  What has changed to allow this to happen?  I'm ready to find another email carrier - so over this!!  Anyone got any ideas please?  Am I the only one?

At roughly the same time that this happened, I also became unable to view my contacts list.  When I click on every other tab, I can open them, but Contacts will not click or open  :(
