I have been using Windows Live Mail 2012 without problem until very recently when it went crazy and now even though I can get into the Live Mail, it won't allow me to access any of my Inbox, Drafts, Sent Mail, etc. Does anyone know how I can correct this problem? I've been trying to get in touch with someone at Microsoft but can't make the connection online or by phone.  Thanks
