Hi everyone, this is my first attempt to ask your help and would greatly appreciate your support on this one:

I imported some photos from my camera to my PC (Asus, Windows 10) using the Photos program, and I then selected a few (actually around 50...) of them and tried to share them via email with a friend of mine - I know it's a huge amount and wouldn't normally be sent through an email but I guess I thought I could give it a try.

So, I entered their email and pressed send, and it started loading for quite some time. In the meantime, I quickly went to the bathroom, and when I came back it had stopped loading and it was back on the photos page, but all the ones I had tried to send were missing, they had disappeared! 

I cannot find them anywhere, the email was never sent and they are nowhere on my computer! Plus I had deleted them from my camera so now I am completely missing a very important part of my job!

Any ideas/help would be hugely appreciated..
