Hi Friends, I've got the latest Windows 10 Home version 1903 installed and was hoping that would help, but my Microsoft Photo is not opening at all. When I click on a photo, I get "The App Didn't Start" message.... I have tried everything going into settings and doing the repair, reset, etc. Geek Squad tried everything yesterday as well and still no avail. I had hoped getting the latest Windows updates downloaded and installed would rectify the situation but it did not. Any ideas? Thank you in Advance
