Using Outlook for Mac 2011 Version 14.1.0. Although preference is set to "Close the original message after replying or forwarding," messages do not close, which results in a pile of messages that must be closed manually. Any suggestions how to correct the problem? Is there another command somewhere that's overriding the set preference?
