I just  bought mac retina. Install office 2011 which is latest version I guess

I read forum and saw that only proposal is subscription to every single folder. But my company  works or use filing system build underpublic folders. We have around 2.000 folders while most of them subfolders.

So subscription almost impossible. 

In addition, subfolders are disappear and it is almost become useless. 

I found several software in appstore and those workperfect but not cooperate with Outlook. I cannot carry emails and therefore I can't file my emails

Does anyone have proposals except subscription?
