new laptop with windows 10 cannot see the send button on outlook as the screen seems to be too far over to the right

Can anyone tell me how to expand the screen have tried the usual way on the far edge tried dragging but wont budge. I cannot see the send button as its hidden in the edge. Can anyone help PLEASE!!!
