my windows live mail will not connect asks for sign-in and the account did not transfer all my contacts when I installed windows 10 please fix this very upsetting.

I installed Windows 10 and all the contacts in live mail were not transferred Why?

I have not been able to open live mail It was opened and now it asks I need name and pass word but how do I bring up a window to do just that?

Not pleased. Ken
