I have been trying to access a video saved on Movie Maker for the last 24 hours. I've purchased and downloaded apps trying to resolve the issue. I even got highjacked to a "partner" company of Microsoft that clearly wasn't. None of the virtual agent's answers are helpful. I need a human being to help me figure out how to resolve this issue. I don't understand why I cannot contact a representative of Microsoft to find a solution. Until recently, I could have taken the time to go to a Microsoft store but I no longer live in a place where that is an option. Thus I find myself, a very frustrated paying customer of Windows 10.  Is there anyone out there that can help me? Please!!
