I assume there used to be an online help system for Movie Maker 12, that would appear when the user clicked on the question mark icon at Movie Maker 12's upper right corner.

But when I click on the question mark, it only opens a Microsoft Windows 10 page....totally useless.

Hopefully the help system must still exist, in some accessible location...?
