After opening the project, the storyboard to the right displays the thumbnail for the first video, over and over and over. This makes it very difficult to edit. Why does this happen and how can I fix it? The machine has Windows 7 and Essentials 2011. I ran a repair on Essentials but it didn't fix it. Any ideas?
