Hi I have been using Microsoft Mail for a number of months and have set up folders to organise the emails. For the last two days when I click on a folder to access the emails one of two things happen. The folder is empty and when I press refresh it shuts down the whole app or when I click on the folder the app closes. Can I recover or is there a fix to this?

I have done no updates to the laptop etc.
