I log in to my Windows 10 Build 1909  desktop PC as a Local Administrator. MUST i install WLM2012 and connect to Microsoft by "Add your email accounts" ? If i must,should i provide the password of my ISP account -or the password of my otherwise-unused Microsoft account ? PS-I do NOT use Outlook or any Microsoft products other than my duly purchased Office.
