I am unable to open the Mail App and I have not received any notifications to my PC from any App since I have had this problem.  All notification settings for all Apps are showing as being on.   I am trying to 'reset' the Mail App but it is still ticking over, and has been for the last 5 hours +.  Any ideas?  The App is opening from other profiles on this PC, just not my profile.  I have carried out a virus check with nothing identified.
