For over a week now I cannot access the web outlook server (a hotmail account), but I can access my emails on my iPhone. When trying the access the web outlook platform (www.outlook.com), I can access the log in page, but when I enter my details, web outlook does not load and I receive the message that Safari cannot reach the server outlook.live.com. When I try and login via hotmail.com this does not even load and eventually times out.

After an internet search it appears that others users are having the same issue, but are yet to find a solution and according to other websites, Microsoft will not acknowledge that there is an issue. I cannot check the status of the server via https://portal.office.com/servicestatus as this also doesn't load. Strangely I can access one drive but from there I cannot link to my emails/calendar.
