In Windows Live Mail – Hotmail not working and keep getting ‘Server error 3204’ have tried Microsoft Fix it 9833174 but it has made no difference

Hotmail not working in Live Mail  -  keep getting Server Error 3204 message.  Tried Microsoft Fix it 9833174 and, although it said it had fixed the problem it hasn't.
