Right now, we're on Office 365 at work, and I'm on a Mac using Office 2011.  In Office 2010 in Windows, you can search by available rooms for your time slot for your meeting, and then choose one.

However, on a mac, I have to search room by room then click on each one to see if it's available.  Is this a Outlook 2011 limitation on a Mac? Or is there something our IT team can do to enable us to search for multiple rooms by availability?

It's 2013, and I can't believe Outlook still hasn't gotten down how to easily reserve a room for a meeting.
