IME Switching Hiragana mode to Halp Alpha mode by typing a capital alphabet

While I am typing Japanese using Hiragana mode, if i type a capital Alphabet it goes to the Full Alphabet Mode in stead of the half Alphabet mode suddenly.

How can I change back to the half Alphabet mode?
