I just fully reset my pc, and I lost all my apps as expected, but I didn't expect to lose all my default apps too, the reason why I reset my PC was because my PC crashed and couldn't open it anymore, (How did I comment here if I can't open my PC)? Well, there's this screen where there are 3 options, Restart your PC, Advanced options, and Turn off your PC, (this screen only shows up sometimes btw), that's the only way I can open my PC, is to reset the whole thing, I have a really old graphics card that almost crashes every month, so I have to reset it every month to keep on using it.
