I have a HP Laptop Pavillion Notebook I use a HP Mouse which jumps all over the screen also it freezes – I device shows that the mouse is working properly – can anyone help

Hi.

I have a HP Pavilion Notebook laptop also a HP mouse which I purchased three months

ago. I checked with device manager which showed that the mouse is working ok.

The problems I have is that the cursor is very erratic and when I type anything there is a delay in showing the text.

Can you help.
