Hello.  I just got a new laptop with windows 8.1  I did it specially because I work a lot with videos and use movie maker. windows 8.1 does not come with that and after downloading and working on it. I couldn't burn the disk. So I contact the people of Microsoft about this and they say only windows 7 let me burn the disk,  they told me to contact you because you will know how to help me.
