I cannot sign into Windows Live Mail.  It's not accepting new passwords under Hotmail or Outlook.  I write them down and had no problems yesterday, but today, they don't work.  I was also told I would need to change my Windows password, but no one was able to help me.  It just kept coming back to the Hotmail address.

You do not give me the correct choice under Category and sub topic, so I chose Outlook and connecting to Outlook with apps.
