I am using windows 10 Office 365 Outlook.  I can receive emails, but cannot send.  I get an error message (0x80042109):Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing  (SMTP) email server..  If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or internet service provider (ISP).
