I have Windows 7 on my laptop. I suddenly am unable to access my Live Mail. When I try, I get a small box requesting me to sign in. My email address is shown and my password is asked for. When I enter my password and click "OK", the little window persists in repeating itself without connecting me to my email. It will not send nor receive and hasn't since May 20th, four days ago. There are other computers in our home and they are all capable of full email usability, only mine is malfunctioning. I contacted my cable company and they referred to to a Microsoft tech who in turn told me that I had to write it all out and submit it to you, whoever you are. I need help and find this problem needlessly frustrating. Please respond!
