My mail box in not accessible.  I attempted to repair a problem I was experiencing with a blue screen/ system service exception that has occurred

4 times on 10/20, 5x on 10/2, 2x on 10/22, 4x on 10/23.  When I was able to start the process, my current settings disappeared.
