Hello, my old computer has windows mail vista version 6.0.0000.16386. The inbox is set up with lots of subfolders to organise my mail.

I now have a new computer with windows 10 home 64 and Outlook via my Microsoft 365 account.

I want to transfer the windows file structure to Outlook. How can I do this?

When I try the windows mail export option I get the following pop up message...

Export cannot be performed - error occurred while initialising MAPI
