How do I upgrade from Windows live mail 2011?

I have MS Windows Live Mail 2011 on my laptop. Windows 10. All of a sudden it says My emails cannot be displayed. They are coming in but I cannot open them. Is my live mail no longer usable and if so what replaces it? *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
