I have tired time after time to transfer my emails/folders etc. from live.com to outlook 2016 but nothing seems to work.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Should I completely switch from outlook 2016 to another email client?  If so, which one?  I also use gmail with outlook 2016 and I'm not having any problems with that account.  I am currently running Windows 10 (64).

Any help would greatly be appreciated!
