I have two email accounts with Spark and am using Windows Live Mail to receive and send. However, only one account works OK altho both have identical set up. Error message for second account says "Unable to connect to host. Error code 1101."  Server for both accounts is "Pop3.extra.co.nz". Have checked and rechecked that server is entered correctly. How do I fix this problem?
