All my emails in my inbox, sent box and folders have disappeared. All my old emails over a 11 year period has gone which is very painful as many were from old family members. I never thought for one moment that such a thing could happen. It is so cruel. No explanation from anywhere. I used my email account everyday so it was never inactive.

Does anyone know how they can be recovered or why this has happened?
