Hi,

I had a domain name from go daddy about 2 years ago, along with email essentials. I ignored it for a while and then I renewed it on Go Daddy along with Microsoft  365.

when I recreate my email account, it tells me (domain has already been used to set up an Office 365 account at Microsoft®.

Before you can create any new users here, you must remove domain and any associated accounts from your previous Office 365 account.)

I tried everything I know (which is not much) to no avail. Can you help? Please, thank you
