I used to use Outlook for my email client but I come to dislike it. I have a Yahoo account connected with Outlook.com and also Windows live. When I go to delete my Windows Live Mail, it tells me I will no longer have access to my Yahoo email?

If I log in to my Yahoo email on the Yahoo website, what does this have to do with my Windows Live Account? Will I just lose access to Yahoo mail on Windows Live, or will I lose my actual address
